Dock Description

This is a single well dock with a 10 x 28 slip and a 10ft roof entry height from the water.  There are swim platforms on both sides with the primary on the right from shore being 8 x 22 and the other is 4 x 22.  The dock has a painted frame with 16″ Formex floats with 8″ freeboard and new wood decking only 4 years old. There is a 4 x 8 storage shed and a fish cleaning station as well. The dock has a 40ft walkway, underwater bracing and wind bracing.  The owners are selling due to building a new dock so this dock will be available October 2024.  Bring offers!!
