Dock Description

This is a Stokes Docks single well dock with a 12 x 30 slip with an 11ft roof entry height.  This dock has a nice 12 x 20 swim platform on the right side from shore and has underwater bracing.  The dock is priced as it due to the main walkway at the ramp connection is bend due to dock sitting on ground from a few years ago when Ameren dropped the lake in ice storm.  The dock is still functional but mainly cosmetic damage, have spoke with manufacturer and estimated about $4-5000 to repair the damage so price reflects discount for damages. Owner is moving boat and lift in the next week so it is ready to go!!
