Dock Description

This is a single well concrete decked dock on a painted frame with 16″ Shoremaster Floats with 8″ of the freeboard.  The slip is 12 x 26 with a 10ft roof entry height from the water.  The dock has underwater bracing and a dock locker that is 4 x 5 with a walk-in door.  There is a 4 x 30 sun platform on the right side from shore and 36ft ramp.  There is a built in frame for a horizontal dock box in front of the slip on the shore side. There also is a 6600lb HydroHoist for a tritoon available for additional $$.  The dock locker actually makes the dock 29ft wide so keep in mind for your dock envelope.  This dock is available now as new dock being built.
