Dock Description

This is a like new single well dock by Dock Works with a 12 x 32 slip and a 10 x 12 pwc slip. The dock sits on 24″ Formex floats with 16″ of freeboard and has a galvanized frame and concrete decking. There is covered 10 x 12 patio area next to the 12 x 12 swim platform.  In front of the boat slip there is a 4 x 10 storage locker with a walk-in door. The roof entry from the water is 12ft and the dock has underwater bracing.
