Dock Description

This is 2 single well docks that were combined a couple years ago.  Owner added an 8 x 8 shed with bar and roll-up window.  The Performance boat slip is 11 x 36, with an 8 x 40 swim deck on the left from shore.  There is an uncovered patio area between the slips which is 8 x 20 in front of the bar which could be covered pretty easily.   Owner is including a 12,000LB Carvel boat lift with 6 arms and set up for a V-Hull and a 6000LB Boat Floater with a V-Hull bunk set up.  This also has an EZ Dock pwc drive-on port.  The roof entry height is 9′ 6″ and the 16″ floats have 8″ of freeboard.  The decking material is wood and vinyl and owner updated the electric in the last couple years.
