Dock Description

This is a nice single well dock that has been totally reworked with new concrete decking, updated wiring and a shed being added to it.  This has a 14 x 36 slip and a 12 x 12 covered PWC slip with a roof extension(can be removed)  to hold a smaller bass boat.  The dock has a nice 12 x 24 swim platform and the frame is all galvanized steel with 20″ floats and 10″ of freeboard.  The dock has underwater bracing and a 48ft ramp.  The roof entry height from water is 11ft with a peak of 12ft in the center of the dock. This has a nice layout and should sell fast at this price.
